Before buying Craftsman with an investor group in 2021, Sebastian spent the first 15 years of his career as a Risk Consultant for the largest of American corporations. He focused mostly on the technology and financial services industries. Sebastian received a Bachelor's degree in economics and a masters in information systems in 2005. Selecting Craftsman as an acquisition target was a very natural fit for him, as he loved the people, the culture, the attention to detail, the elite products, the magnificent customer service, and the reputation the company had built over the previous 35 years. Sebastian is passionate about creating an unrivaled customer experience and a superb work environment for all Craftsman employees.

Joyce has been in the kitchen and bath industry for 37 years. Starting in the shop at Craftsman Kitchens & Baths in 1978, she has enjoyed a long career in the industry--working in various positions throughout the years. When Chris asked her to return to Craftsman in 1997 as office manager, she was happy to accept and has enjoyed being a part of our amazing team for the last 19 years.

Chris became acquainted with woodworking in his Junior High shop class 50 years ago. He spent the next ten years at school and in his parents garage growing passionate about building furniture. In 1976 he landed a job at Craftsman Kitchens working in the shop, while after hours continuing to work in his own garage. Eventually, in February of 1985 he purchased Craftsman Kitchens from St. Charles cabinets and spent the following decades surrounding himself with the finest craftsmen and designers in the industry. His passion is evident in Craftman's world class products. "Realization should always exceed expectations" has always been his motto. Chris has successfully designed thousands of kitchens all over the United States--he loves his customers, his employees, and his product.

Justin is a second generation designer following in his father's footsteps at Craftsman Kitchens. He has been designing since 2006. Prior to designing, Justin worked in the shop through high school and college where he found his passion for custom woodworking. Justin loves working with designers and builders that have a vision for the unique and stunning possibilities that only true custom cabinetry can provide. He loves to spend one on one time with his clients to create beautiful functional designs that they will enjoy for decades. Justin was honored as the 2012-2013 Thermador Grand Prize Winner in contemporary design for his work on a fun and unique project he created with his client.

Dan has worked in the cabinetry industry since 1999. He believes that listening and staying connected with the client and the job is the key to a successful project. With a background in cabinetry engineering, Dan knows the best way to make the complicated projects work seamlessly. He loves being in the cabinet business and designing and building beautiful spaces for a living.

Daniel has been in the woodworking industry since 2004. Before coming to Craftsman Kitchens, he worked as the lead engineer at a cabinet company just outside of Salt Lake City. He joined our team in 2017 as a designer and project manager. Over the years, Daniel has been involved in all aspects of the cabinet industry - designing, engineering, building, and installing. He thoroughly enjoys working with clients and gets excited about helping make their projects a success.

Emily received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Brigham Young University-Idaho, where she was heavily involved in the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). Serving as the president of the student chapter, receiving national awards, and earning her AKBD (Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer) certification were all experiences that lead Emily to pursue a career in kitchen and bath design. Emily enjoyed working at a kitchen and bath design center in upstate New York before moving to Salt Lake City, where she joined the team at Craftsman Kitchens in 2009. She loves putting her creativity to work to create functional spaces that are beautiful and useful for everyone.

Katie has been in the design industry since 2004 when she started as a designer in a flooring store and then partnered with her husband and his brother on several business ventures in the flooring and design industry. She moved to Utah from Wyoming in 2016 and worked as a Kitchen and Bath Project Specialist for Lowe's before joining the team at Craftsman in 2019. She specializes in full color 3D renderings as well as offering full service kitchen and bath design. Katie also has a vast knowledge of the construction industry which helps her make educated design decisions. Her favorite thing about this business is seeing the clients face when they see their vision turned into reality and having the opportunity to work with them again on all of their future projects.

Spencer started building cabinets in the shop at Craftsman in 2000. After working in every department and spending several years engineering, he became shop manager in 2010. He enjoys managing the production schedule, budget, and overall activity of the shop.

Brent started building cabinets for Craftsman in 2008. As time went on, he showed a talent for engineering and now uses those talents to develop innovative ways to turn a seemingly impossible idea into reality.

Devin has been in the cabinet industry since 2012 and has experience with all stages of the cabinet process from start to finish. He helps Craftsman to improve processes both in the shop and on jobsites, and sees each project through to completion. He is dedicated to making Craftsman a better place and our projects completed to perfection.

Jim was the first employee of Craftsman's shop expansion in 1997. With years of previous experience in the industry, he became the expert on custom and specialty items--something he has a real passion for.

Lance has been an expert finisher for Craftsman since 2000. He has an artistic ability to create unique finishes and continues to learn new techniques no matter what our customers request.

Chuck started overseeing the delivery aspects of each job at Craftsman in 2007. He enjoys driving the big truck and continues to make sure the delivery process goes smoothly for each customer.

Roger started working with cabinets in 1972 in the shop at Craftsman Kitchens & Baths. After working in all departments in the shop, and also in customer service, he began installing cabinets in 1985. He loves interacting with each client, seeing each job to completion, and making sure our customers are happy.

Jared started working in a cabinet shop in 1996 and began installing cabinets a few years later. He joined the team at Craftsman in 2006 and loves the challenging aspects of custom installation along with interacting with each customer.

Rod turned his interest in woodworking from a hobby to a career in the late 1980's. After spending 13 years in a high-end cabinet shop he took the leap to installation in 2002. Since then he has enjoyed installing high-end custom work, metal cabinetry, and contractor-grade cabinets. In 2013 he joined Craftsman Kitchens and was happy to be back in the world of high-end custom cabinetry again. He finds great satisfaction in being proud of the product he installs and working with happy clients who are pleased with the results of their design, product, install, and service.
